Do not go with the rating provided by tradingview. We do not know the algo behind it. Below 20 means that the stock has been oversold for too long and can experience a bull reversal. While Above 80 means that the stock has been overbought for too long and can experience a price correction.

If you do not wish to use stochastic rsi. You can omit that. Thats not really necessary for screener. It is used just to filter out stocks to buy from stocks to sell.

If the stochastic rsi is above 80 the stock can soon become bearish. If the stochastic rsi is below 20, stock can soon give a good bull move.
